Our engineers carry out the 2D or 3D conception, the design integration and for the prototyping of your parts with several calculation softwares.
The aluminium sand and shell foundry
The foundry has a pouring capacity from a few grams up to 1,5 tons, for the mecanichal and decorative parts manufacturing up to 900 x 900 x 200 mm, made of the most common alloys. Read more
The aluminium and stainless steel machining
We carry out the machining of your parts thanks to many machines with 3, 4 and 5 axles whose one having an automatic continuous flow, 2 machines Vision... and also others traditionnal lathes.
Our teams master the forming of aluminium profiles and of specific parts, with three bending machines (profiles and tubes), welding stations, machine tools, a folding press (up to 120 tons), a guillotine, a notching machine, a punching machine, a bandsaw milling machine ... And crimping of cables up to 500 kgs.
The surface finish working
We carry out the final finishing steps by mechanical treatment (grinding, brushing, polishing, satin-finishing, sandblasting, shotblasting, barrel blasting, beadblasting) and by electrochemical treatment (colorless anodic treatment for marine parts up to 3500 x 1000 x 1000 mm, OAS anodization on aluminum) or by painting.
The cutting and thermoforming of acrylic glazing
From 6 to 20 mm thick and up to 3000 x 2000 mm, we craft acrylic and polycarbonate glazings thanks to cutting and machining tools, a vacuum table and an oven.
The multi-material assembly
Our teams ensure the assembly of your aluminium, stainless steel or plastic parts, and of your acrylic and glass glazings.
The quality service
We guarantee the monitoring throughout the design and manufacturing processes, thanks to series of control with numerous equipment (spectrometer, hardness control, dimensional control, micrography and macrography, permascope ...)
